Is there any way to make custom color-coded topographic maps?
Without printing them out and tediously painting it by hand?
Like a website or software or something?

Look, I already know about topozone and terraserver and the National Map and National Atlas.
I NEED 0-10 ft, 10-20 ft, 20-30 ft … 140-150 ft, to be in very contrasting colors,
NOT lumping them all into 0-50 meters “low elevation”: green
What you’re looking for is very hard to find. If you have GIS software like GRASS (originally developed for the U.S. Department of Defense) Then you may be able to find something. Usually the lines are the same or in alternating colors, but I have seen one like what you are asking. If you know a geographer with GRASS or MapServer ask them. You can also go to your area’s Department of Agriculture or even a nearby University’s geographical science building to find what you are looking for.
