Can a Bachmann MDT Diesel Switcher Be Upgraded To DCC?

Hi, I bought a Santa Fe HO scale Bachmann MDT Diesel Switcher, and Kit Bashed it to only find out that it’s not the normal engine i’m used to upgrading. There is no wires to follow. I’m trying to put a DCC Decoder with sound traxx in it. Has anybody upgraded one of these to DCC? Please Help if you have installed one before.
