When I load a company and they tell me, yes they can send me the whole Paperwork? Will you fax the contract and whatever?

Many companies do this stuff now electronically, so you best, it would be the necessary software to communicate with you get. If you are using paper and fax, to remain the best choice for smaller local carriers, which is more likely to want to use with you too. The Bigs will tell you to get lost. The locals, you will fax (or e-mail) the contract and expect that you fax it back.
