can you tell me something about micro mechanical engineering?
Micromechanical engineering is designing very small machines, so small the normally expected surface and friction phenomena are quite different from normal sized machines. MEMS (Microelectromechanical systems) are usually manufactured using some of the techniques used for making integrated circuits. See the links below for an introduction.
