How do you figure how much vegetabes & potatoe salad to prepare for 150 people?
We are prepareing side dishes for a wedding that will serve 150 people. How do I figure out how much to prepare. We are serving green beans, bake beans, corn & potatoe salad. Please help me in figuring out how much.
Generally speaking you will be fine if you have about 1/3 of a cup per person… because not everyone will take some of each dish… That would mean you need 50 cups of each sie dish… If your corn is on the cob, I would get the smaller cobs (the ones cut in halves or thirds) and allow one of those per guest.
